СТРОКИ ОХОРОНИ АВТОРСЬКОГО ПРАВА І СУМІЖНИХ ПРАВ ЗА ЗАКОНОДАВСТВОМ ЄС

Стаття присвячена дослідженню стану й основних тенденцій гармонізації та продовження строку охорони авторського права і суміжних прав. Проаналізовано директиви ЄС, прийняті у 1993, 2006 та 2011 роках, визначено мету їх прийняття, а також здійснено оцінку вирішення завдань. Встановлено, що завдяки прийняттю директив вдалося досягти єдності у визначенні строків охорони у законодавстві держав-членів ЄС, вирішити завдання підтримки музичної індустрії Євросоюзу в цілому. Водночас обґрунтовано, що наразі існують завдання, які потребують подальшого вирішення.
