ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ МІЖНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ВІДНОСИН ЩОДО ВІЛЬНОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ОБ’ЄКТІВ АВТОРСЬКОГО ПРАВА І СУМІЖНИХ ПРАВ

У статті розглянуто питання міжнародно-правового регулювання відносин, пов’язаних з вільним використанням об’єктів авторського права і суміжних прав як інструменту забезпечення суспільних інтересів. Зокрема проаналізовано норми міжнародних договорів, проєкти документів, розглянутих на засіданнях Постійного комітету ВОІВ з авторського права і суміжних прав. На основі проведеного правового аналізу та виявлених проблемних питань визначено основні тенденції подальшого формування міжнародного законодавства для досягнення цілей забезпечення ефективного балансу інтересів правовласників та суспільства.
